Compensation: $250 – 300k OTE uncapped

Our client provides automated solutions that help Financial companies automate their front- and back-office operations.  Their business has been increasing as the need for transaction processing tools has grown, even in a recession economy!  The Senior Sales Executive manages the total sales process, develops account plans, prospects, forecasts, and coordinates teams.  Their sale is a solution sales process and requires a motivated individual to drive sales through key decision-makers like COO, CTO, CFO, etc and maintain a presence in other parts of the client organization. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Sell Enterprise level Software licenses and SaaS subscriptions to key business executives and technical personnel.
  • Coordinate Sales Engineers and mission teams.
  • Call on key decision-makers at large sell-sides, such as COO, CTO, CIO, CFO.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years enterprise software sales experience of a technical solution to financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex deals with million dollar tickets.
  • Post-Trade, Risk Management, Compliance, or Middleware vendor background most desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated achievements in Solution and Value-based selling.
  • Knows how to plan a sale strategically.
  • Proven record of developing new business and exceeding quotas.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering,  Economics
