Enterprise FinTech Sales Director
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $250k++ Strong Base, Bonus, Full Benefits
We’re seeking a proven
Enterprise Sales performer selling complex Software solutions to Tier 1 Financials. The solutions utilize AI and NLP to solve customer problems in Compliance, Customer Insight, and other applications.
You excel at creating and growing new Relationships with senior decision makers. You have a strong grasp of technology and how it benefits your clients. You are a great communicator and can spin out Value Propositions and gain the confidence of the decision makers. You understand the challenges of Financial Services, and have sold into Trading, Front Office, Back Office, or Risk and Compliance.
You have put together teams of internal Solutions experts and can high-level manage client expectations.
- Sales of Enterprise Software Solutions to Financial Services executives and senior decision makers;
- New Business skills and Pipeline building from prospecting to closing and post-sales;
- Complex, Consultative Solutions style selling and coordination of firm’s resources from Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Solutions consultants is required;
- Establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Proven New Business Software Solutions Sales Experience in Financial Services, Tier 1 accounts preferred;
- Minimum 4-5 years of Solutions selling experience at the Enterprise level including software licenses and professional services components as part of the sale;
- Must have prior Financial Services sales experience with a working knowledge of Trading, Front Office, Back Office, Risk and Compliance, or CRM;
- Superior written and oral communication skills;
- Tenacious and proactive personality;
- Individual performer with team interaction skills’;
- Technology savvy;
- BS/BA or MBA
