VP Sales Financial Services Software

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a visionary Sales Leader, you will lead and manage a sales team that is selling cognitive AI based products into Financial Markets for a very well-funded company (over $100 mn). You will strategically plan and drive sales into leading Financial Institutions. You will also drive strategic partners for compelling client relationships.
It is important that you not only have a clear knowledge of Financial Markets, but also a strong technological interest to choose what new applications are likely to lead to sales success.
- 10 years or more of proven Sales AND Sales Management Experience selling Enterprise level software product solutions to Financial Services;
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- High Energy personality;
- Solution Sales Leadership with a track record as a negotiator and strong presence with top decision makers;
- Financial Markets Enterprise software experience in various areas, such as Risk & Compliance, CRM, Front- and Back-Office systems;
- Prior Start-up experience desirable;
- Technology geek from the point of seeing new Business Applications;
- BS or MBA
